"Money Beats" is the highly anticipated 2012 full length album release from producer/songwriter Chris Big Money. "Money Beats" is inspired directly by the many experiences and encounters Chris has had while learning how to become a memorable artist in today's rapidly evolving landscape. The album chiefly explores how internet technology has created and influenced many genres and sub genres of new, and exciting musical anecdotes. Chris Big Money has made it a personal goal to along side releasing an album, provide a much sought after shift in image and persona to Chris Big Money and his cacophonous discography.

From being a full time day job employee, to a full time student at the University of Central Florida, and to identifying as self proclaimed full time artist, Chris Big Money's work both directly and indirectly reveals the trials and tribulations of a struggling do it yourself artist fighting the good fight against real life responsibility and fantasy world creations. On "Money Beats," Chris Big Money finds identity in being musically adventurous, and meticulously making sense of overwhelmingly synthesized layers of sound, which only a DAW (Digital Audio Workstation) could provide.

The influences found on "Money Beats" are vast and greatly varied, juxtaposing Chris Big Money as a lifelong student of the arts and a formidable musician whom has greatly improved his craft over time. Experiences with demanding college roommates, cynicism, naysayers, challenging post-college transitions, existentialism, distaste for the term "EDM" and pop music sensibilities are just a few of the indirect emotional qualities behind "Money Beats," a phrase used to describe large productions in a producer's production catalogue which have the most potential, and are aptly most sought after by others.

Chris's approach to the album is quite zany at times, and at other times can be very self-less and heartwarming, there is a strong personal quality to a record like "Money Beats," even with all of it's embedded quirks and hook laden tendencies. With song titles like "All Your Money Are Belong To Me", "Kitty Kat Swag", "G.N.A.R. (Going Naked At Raves)", and "Jumping Jacks," it is clear that Chris Big Money is looking to entertain you in a manner that such over the top bravado an alias like Chris Big Money can provide.
